One satisfied BT customer

Gratuitously stolen from adambetts.com 1.0 this customer is apparently unimpressed at this BT salesperson.  Now I seriously hate BT with a passion, they are by some distance the most useless, inept company I've ever dealt with in my entire life......

"Thank you for calling Mr Betts, you are through to 'Dave', how may I help?"
